Autism Services in English (Brussels)

Hello-
I work with families and children affected by autism. I recently began working with a family in Brussels, but I would like to know if anyone knows what the services are like in Brussels for children with autism? How are children assessed usually? Are there centers specifically for children with autism in English? Are there special schools? Or are most of the services only in French or Dutch?

Any assistance would be very much appreciated!
