Local Schools (Brussels)

Hello,
We are moving to Brussels in a month or two. My husband works for Microsoft, but we are relocating ourselves.
As of now, we only speak English, but starting to learn French.
We want our kids to go to local French speaking schools, but I am having an incredibly difficult time finding info about good local schools with immersion programs.

Also, we are trying to bring our two 65 lbs. Dogs.
Will bringing them make it much harder to rent?

Any info is greatly appreciated.
