Practise french (and why not also english) / Urgen (Brussels)

Hi I need to learn french. I cheked all the schools of french in Bruxelles but they start the evening course in Jenuary. But I would like to start now. I'm using the online resources in internet. But they are extremely boring.
I would like to find some group of conversation for beginners. I can understand a little. I can also read french because I'm italian mother tongue.

I'm looking forward to read your inspiration, your suggestions, your experience if you also had this kind of problem.
About english, I also could be very happy to improve it, but I think now it is a little less urgent.
