pregnancy&social security reimbursement in France (Brussels)

Hello,
I’m pregnant and I would like to know if there are some French mums who gave birth to their child in Brussels by conserving their French social security. I would like to know if the French social security reimburses the expenses for hospitalisation related with maternity.Are there any hospitals/clinics to advise me?
