Soccer tickets online (Brussels)

Does anyone know of what the best, most reputable online ticket exchanges are for major european sports?

I'm looking to catch a soccer match in either Germany or the Netherlands, and came across a site calle viagogo. Curious if anyone has used this site for tickets ever.

If any sports fans or tickets buyers have any expertise in this area, please let me know!
