New "Yoga for Women" classes at BYP Brussels Yoga Pilates, every Wednesday at 8 and 9.15 am. I look forward to meeting many of you on Wednesday!
Yoga for women is a class designed for women of all ages and will particularly benefit those who have problems such as PMS, hormonal disorders, irregularities in their cycle or are going through the transformation phase which leads to Menopause. The class is based on classical Hatha Yoga and will be composed of Asanas (postures) specifically suited for women, Pranayama (Breathing exercises), dynamic sequences such as sun salutations, in addition to relaxation and meditation techniques. Elements of Yogatherapy will also be brought into the practice. Women’s yoga provides benefits on a physical and emotional level and helps women to connect with their inner female energy which leads to self-acceptance, reflection and joy. All levels are welcome!
