I'm new on InterNations- what to do? (Bucharest)

Hey there,

I'm new on Internations and I want to start! Sooo:
1) Do I really have to pay to enter a group? I never saw this before on site for volunteering
2) The most important: how can I help??? What is there to do?
I was once an expat for 2 months in Poland and the volunteers there were absolutely great. They were so helpful and friendly, so I want to give back by helping other expats accomodate. What can I do? I'm an action person, I don't like to sit, twalk and do nothing :)
3) I'm waiting for any other sugestions/ advices :D
