For our customer, a major European car manufacturer, we are to set up and operate a team to cover warranty management service for several countries of Europe. Currently we are looking to fill in the position of
Based in our Budapest office

 Assess the warranty claims according to the brand’s procedures and technical knowledge
 Provide dealer support for all matters relat-ing to warranty policy & procedures
 Ensure the accessibility of your service to-wards the authorised repairers & commit to reliable and fast response
 Implement and control new warranty pro-cedures in your market
 Liaise with the country headquarters’ repre-sentatives

Key tasks:
 You accept and verify the eligibility of en-quiries from Dealers within given deadlines
 You assess pending warranty claims accord-ing to regulations & repair procedures
 Ensure clear and correct communication with the dealer network
 Follow-up the warranty labour rates
 Be the primary access point for the author-ised repairers in warranty.
 Support warranty audits.

Experience & skills:
 You have automotive engineering degree and/or experience within automotive after sales
 You are confident in technical concern reso-lution
 You have an analytical spirit and you are solution minded and highly oriented on cus-tomer satisfaction
 You have good inter-personal and people communications skills
 You are precise, punctual and reliable
 You are effective team player

Languages (all required!):
 Excellent French written and spoken
 Upper-intermediate English written and spoken

 You are at ease with telephones and com-puters and you have an elaborate knowledge/experience with MS Office
 You have a valid driving license
