Here is the job description:

Summary of Position:
Supporting one of Merlin’s major clients by providing trouble-shooting via telephone or email communication until solution for both home users & business users that have purchased the software online via a download or on CD-Rom is resolved.

Fluency in English and Ducth and German is essential, both written and verbal.

Location: Debrecen, Hungary
Working hours: 8hrs per day / 40hr week
Hours of cover: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 19:00 CET
including Bank Holidays

Requirements of this role are:

• Basic PC knowledge (training will be provided)
• Highly customer focused with a good understanding and working knowledge of the services provided by the department they are working in
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently at all levels
• Ability to earn the respect of internal and external customers, colleagues, and management
• Enthusiastic
• Flexible, adaptable and able to work to tight deadlines
• Self-motivated
• Good personal organisational skills
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels
• Excellent problem solving skills

Desirable Qualities:
• Technical/ I.T terms in languages spoken
• Knowledge of antivirus/firewall technologies

Training: Full training is given initially with further follow-on/ follow-up training as the employee progresses.
