Mobile Phones contracts - Any advice (Budapest)

Hi all,

I have just moved to Budapest today and need to start shopping for a mobile and other other items for my partner's and my two year stay... Previously when I have lived abroad, I managed to get hold of a a reasonable mobile contract or sim-only contract that has managed to get
- Cheap calls abroad
Protected content of text to international numbers per Month
- Unlimited data

I have just looked on Vodafone, T-Mobile and Telenor, but could not find anything straight off.

Has anyone managed to find something like this?
