Moving To Cairo

HI everyone !

I am due to move to Cairo in November. It is my first time in Egypt. Lived abroad before, in muslim countries as well, so I am not very concerned.

Just wanted to know if you can give me some tips about getting around, security, which areas are worth and which are "off limits" and average monthly costs of living

I have been given the chance to either use company transportation or have my own car, any suggestions on that?
