Seeking advice for house location (Cairo)

I am Fatma a french girl who is originally from Senegal and living now in London. I am relocating to Cairo in May and my job location is Heliopolis.
I have heard that there is lot of traffic in cairo and I would like to live near Heliopolis. Which area do you think is the best near Heliopolis for an expat girl who is looking for an apartment with all european. comfort
