No meetings/events in the city ! (Calcutta)

I was wondering why there are no events being organised in kolkata. It has been a year or so when the last event was organised by the organisers, (Corina and Kamil- Kolkata Community then ambassadors). There are small groups meeting. However, there are no Internation events.

Is there any possibility of organising events like other cities organising ?
