InterNations — A Community for American Expats in Casablanca

Hello to all Americans in Casablanca! Are you interested in getting to know fellow expats in Casablanca? Looking for advice from other Americans, e.g. wondering if there are any bars in Casablanca which will be showing your favorite baseball or American football team’s upcoming match or where to go in town for st■ turkey?

There’s no doubt about it: Casablanca is an architecture enthusiast’s dream. The largest city of Morocco is a port city known for more than just being the inspiration for an iconic American movie — it’s also known for its variety of architectural design, being Morocco’s chief port, one of the largest financial centers in Africa, and much more! With the extensive network of inexpensive buses, the Casablanca Tramway, as well as good road connections, navigating your way around the city from one place to the next is simple. This also means that if you don’t want to live among the hustle and bustle of the center, you can enjoy a quieter life in the suburbs such as Ain Diab or Habous, for example, which are less than a half-an-hour drive away from Casablanca’s center.

Although Casablanca has lots to offer, you might be wondering where and how you can meet other Americans in the city. Luckily, InterNations is here to make this easier for you! You’re warmly invited to join the InterNations community. Within our international network in Casablanca, there’s a vibrant circle of American expats from all regions of USA, including New York City, Los Angeles, and beyond.
