Help openning a bank account in Casa (Casablanca)

Hello! I arrived 1 month ago to Casa and need to open a Bank account. My "carte de sejour" is in process, and i heard i need one to open a Dirham account. It seems there's another option, a foreign divisa account? Has anyone experienced that account? does it allow my Company to pay me there? Can i use it to buy?
