General Manager for a Service organization in Indonesia

City - Jakarta

Job Description:
 Build customer loyalty & Maintain existing client base.
 Develop CLIENT NAME portfolio by scoring new clients directly and through sales department
 Follow up CLIENT NAME Indonesia long time corporate KEY Accounts
 Recruit, train, coach & lead the Sales, Customer Service departments (around 25 people)
 Organize & coordinate main local CLIENT NAME Indonesia of CLIENT NAME Network bids answers
 Organize local competition & market watches, and define Freight Purchasing specifications
 Be the main coordinator for CLIENT NAME ASPAC Regional Product/Market Managers and CLIENT NAME Network visitors
 Participate in new products/markets development, and organize their launch

- Minimum Protected content of experience in a fast paced and dynamic multi-cultural MNC environment
- Protected content in Freight-forwarding industry
- Experience in logistics/warehousing business
- Protected content in staff management

Job Summary:

Maintain and develop customers portfolio within local territories in order to reach the Budgeted assigned objectives. The General Manager Sales & Development role is to manage the Sales, Customer Service and Logistics departments.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (Responsibilities and expected outcome)
Main Duties / Key job task in-charged:
 Build & Implement the Sales Strategy
 Set up yearly budget for CLIENT NAME Indonesia locally controlled accounts (65% of the revenues)
 Manage, Lead & Coordinate the Sales , Customer Service and Logistics activities
 Communicate & Manage the relationships within & between the branches/regions, and with all other company functions (FIN, HRM, OPS, MIS, ADMIN….)
