Information required (Chiang Mai)

Hi everyone
I am Wendy and from W Australia. Would be visiting Changmai sometime this year for a month but do not know when is the best time to do so. I would like to retire in Changmai next year Protected content . Would appreciate if anyone had retired over in Changmai on their own and to get some feed back on what experiences they have had.
