Civil lawyer needed (Cologne)

Hi! Does anyone know a good lawyer? Is there any chance in fighting against service provider, if I ticked AGB on Internet when bought 6-months contract and did not notice that I have to make cancelation 6 weeks before it expires. Now I'm in a stupid situation where forced to pay more than Protected content (much higher price than initial contract) for services which I'm not going to use. Please, don't refer to the fact that I signed a contract means I have to pay. There are plenty of cases within last years where courts supported customers even if something is stated in a contract.
