Any advice/idea about Ezdan and ZigZag (Doha)

Dear all,
I am already in process of looking for an apartment. There are some availabilities both in ZigZag and Ezdan suites. On the other side, I realized that some bad experience have occurred in both.
What can you tell me about them? Does any of you/your friends stay there? Any suggestions?
