Contract extras (Doha)

Hello fellow forum friends,

For those that have been working in Qatar for a while, what makes a work contract "good"? What are the things I should look out for? Currently I have housing, school, utilities allowance which all seems good. But is it too good to be true? Can anyone offer suggestions? Eternally grateful! BTW working in Aviation ground service management position. Cheers.
