After moving to Dortmund, once I was asked if I had tried traditional German food. Actually, I've tried some. I remember, in Cologne I had an amazing Schnitzel (child portion, as the original size is really too big for me;)). For sure, I've tasted glühwein and different kind of great German beer and sausages, including the White sausages as well. And I'm still looking for a special occasion to try sausages preserved in jars which I have seen in stores.
However, I assume that Germans must have something more. What is your experience? Could you recommend any German cuisine restaurant in Dortmund?
