Good Conduct Certificate (Dubai)

Dear all,

I have been offered a job in Dubai and one of the documents I need to send is a “Good Conduct Certificate”. On my Police Clearance Certificate is indicated that back in Protected content have sentenced for 12 months due to physical injuries to a third party (car accident). Due to the nature of the sentence and of my previous criminal record (clean) the sentence was deferred to 3 years of probation and had no fine to pay. However the sentence is still indicated on police Certificate. Can please anyone advise me if this will impose a problem to be granted a work permit for Dubai? Most appreciated
