Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Global Mobility & Immigration Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in international assignment management, immigration, and relocation. As a Global Mobility & Immigration Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for employees relocating internationally, providing comprehensive services to facilitate smooth transitions and ensure compliance with immigration and assignment requirements.

Responsibilities:

· Serve as the primary HR interface and focal point for employees moving on international assignments, offering a broad range of services related to mobilization to overseas locations.

· Provide ongoing support and guidance to assignees throughout their assignments, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.Maintain regular communication with clients, suppliers, and assignees, ensuring effective interpersonal skills and building strong relationships.

· Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills while maintaining accurate records and filing systems.

· Educate transferring employees about immigration requirements and offer assistance and advice throughout the immigration process.

· Resolve employee queries promptly and efficiently, ensuring their needs are met throughout the assignment.

· Monitor the entire process of assignment management, keeping the assignment tracker updated with relevant data.

· Collaborate with other teams such as payroll, finance, and logistics to ensure a seamless relocation process.

· Manage third-party suppliers and external service providers involved in the relocation process, ensuring all activities are coordinated effectively.

· Conduct pre-assignment briefings, familiarizing assignees with client policies and providing necessary orientation.

· Possess good numeracy and financial skills, with a basic understanding of business finance.

· Utilize strong IT skills, particularly with programs such as Microsoft Office, to update client databases and provide data for status reports.

· Thrive in a multicultural team environment, collaborating effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

· Demonstrate excellent organizational, administrative, and planning skills, prioritizing work on multiple projects.

· Be a proactive self-starter, capable of working independently and managing tasks efficiently.

· Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

· Display a high level of proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or related fields.

· Project management experience, including managing activities conducted by third-party suppliers.

· Familiarity with pre-assignment briefings and orientation processes.

· Strong numeracy and financial skills, with a basic understanding of business finance.

· Proficiency in using IT tools and software, with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

· Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.

· Excellent organizational, administrative, and planning abilities.

· Team player who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

· Self-motivated and capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

· High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
