moving to dubai (Dubai)

Hi after almost 3 years on off India, I m planning to move for sometime to Dubai. Any hints where to get a house best, rent a cae, learn arabic ... I m a photographer, I m into social media webmarketing, done a bunch of promotionjobs in Street and Guerilla marketing as well.
