Norwegians in Dubai?

Hello,

I would like to know is there any Norwegian community in Dubai ?
I have one question bugging me!

I got a job offer from a local company in Dubai, and I would like to know how Norwegian Tax System work for people moving and working in Dubai?

I have some permanent paying I have to pay in Norway every month , etc ...

so I'm not sure if I have to pay the same amount (nearly 42% Tax rate) as I do currently in Norway

I would really like to get some help, so I can decide weather I say yes for the offer or no!
