I am vacating my room in a really large Al Barsha 3 villa (5 minutes from MOE). It is a share with 5 other professional expats (4 girls, 1 guy). The villa has large sharing spaces including an upstairs living room with TV, downstairs dining room table, small private pool, ample parking, and a Chef's Kitchen.

The room is large and sunny with ensuite bathroom. Closets are fantastic and will hold whatever you picked up in Dubai. Rent is AED Protected content not including shared utilities, internet, and maid. Room is unfurnished and available immediately.
