YOGA - any recommendation for really good classes? (Dubai)

I am thinking about joining a yoga class for a while, but have been discouraged so far by the after-work traffic madness and a report of a friend about the experience with one yoga class here in Dubai.

Does anyone of you pracrtice yoga and an give me a recommendation of a really good school with attentive teachers? I am having a whiplash injury and would like to do something good for my spine after the end of my physiotherapy sessions. However, I would prefer to be in the hands of an excellant yoga teacher who is taking into account the individual conditions of the students.
