Expat research (Eindhoven)

Dear Expats,

My name is Denise, and I am a student at Tilburg University. I am currently busy with my final thesis for the master Management of Cultural Diversity. The subject of my thesis concerns the interaction process between expats and local employees in the Netherlands.

Research has shown that problems may occur when expats have to work in a different environment, with people from different cultures. This can influence the work productivity. Therefore, I am examining what kinds of problems emerge when expats and local employees work together and how the management deals with these issues.

For my thesis I am searching for expats who work together with Dutch employees. I would like to interview these expats to see how they experience working with foreign co-workers.
