Last 3 weeks in Erbil

Hello!
I have been in Erbil since mid-October and have been staying in a hotel per accommodations from my job. I work for an international NGO. I want to make the best of my last 3 weeks here and I'm looking for suggestions and things to do and/or places to eat that are a must see or do! I have been to the citadel, a few local restaurants, traveled to shaqlawa and Sulaymaniyah. I stay near the American consulate. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
