Not every landing has to be hard.

Living abroad can be exciting—but also isolating, emotionally heavy, and full of unspoken questions. Even in a vibrant city like Stockholm, it’s easy to feel untethered.

Soft Landing is a calm, community-focused event designed to connect gently, reflect honestly, and share space without pressure.

This isn’t networking. It’s an evening of ease, empathy, and soft presence—part of a broader conversation during Mental Health Awareness Month.

What to expect:

- Alcohol-free sparkling welcome bubbles

- Warm, artful café ambiance

- Small-group conversations with reflective prompts

- Optional open mic for gentle storytelling (3-min shares)

- Quiet corners for journaling or stillness

- A gratitude wall + take-home affirmation cards

Whether you’ve just arrived or have lived in Stockholm for years, this space is for you—to connect without performance and land gently, just as you are.
