In a world where we’re constantly “on,” our nervous system often gets stuck in patterns of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. In this event, we’ll explore what nervous system regulation really means — and why it can feel so difficult to calm down, even when we consciously want to.
We’ll talk about the mechanisms behind chronic stress, how the body learns and holds onto patterns, and why relaxation isn’t just a mental decision. More importantly, you’ll leave with practical, simple tools you can use in your daily life to regulate your nervous system, restore balance, and feel more present in your body.
