The Observatory Eleven Bar is a beautiful place with a breathtaking view of the Mississippi River and the French Quarter.

Hotel has valet and there are several paid lots near by
Let’s wear our cocktail attire and have a wonderful time.
We will have a toast to celebrate August birthdays 🎂
