300 Bar is quite affordable, you need to purchase 3 drink coupons (990 yen) at the entrance and usually until 7pm is the Happy Hour - they have 1 drink ticket special (only 330 yen drink!)
They also have some food like Cuban sandwiches for 2 drink tickets.
