looking for a nanny and playmate(s) for my son (Gaborone)

Dear all,
My husband, 13 month year old son and I just moved to Gaborone (near Kgale hill). Can anybody advice me on where/how to find a kind and trustworthy nanny? Also I would love for my son to be able to play with an age mate from time to time. Anybody who has a kid somewhere between 12 and 18 months who would like that too? I would love to hear from you.
