Rental prices, taxes and general finances! (Genoa)

Hi

I have applied to work in Genoa and wonder if you could give me some guidance regarding taxes and cost of living.

If I have a salary of €30,000 what would my approximate net salary be after taxes? I have done some research but it's still difficult to work out!!

Also ... How much are rental properties in Genoa? I would be looking To live near the International School near Nervi and would need a 3 bedroomed flat, 2 at a push.

Any guidance would be much appreciated as there is not much on the Internet and I can't seem to find any rental agents to look at flat prices.
