With 25 Years of success in Protected content , ProMark’s Client portfolio includes members of Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, The Peninsula Hotels, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, The Dorchester Collection, Taj Hotels Resorts & Palaces, Kempinski & many of the well-known International hotel chains.
International Contact Centre Sales Manager / Directors are based in the field, on-site & in-house at our client Hotels; essentially they are responsible for the day-to-day management of our loyalty programme contact centre sales operations. As such Programme Managers holistically manage dedicated out-bound sales contact centre (ranging in size from Protected content and act as our client Hotel liaison. Typically Programme Managers will spend 6-9mths on-site for each project.
•Remuneration includes a competitive base salary & significant on-going performance based commissions.

•Energetic & competitive personalities with sales focus are required.
•Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
