Free yoga lessons (Groningen)

I'm based in Groningen from Monday to Friday and am currently training completing the Protected content alliance teacher training certificate. I'm looking for some teaching practice/experience while I'm here so am offering free yoga lessons while I complete the course. I can teach one on ones or small groups of 2/3/4 students. PM me if interested. I have practiced yoga consistently since Protected content found comfort on the mat during a difficult period. Seeing the profound emotional benefits of a consistent yoga practice I decided to complete the teacher training this year. I teach a dynamic vinyasa style that can be physically challenging and strength building but includes a meditative quality to soothe the mind. Lessons in English!
