Absolute Beginner- German Language (Heidelberg)

Hello All,
I needed to move to Heidelberg immediately and therefore have zero foundation in German language. Does anyone know a good way to start? Unfortunately my schedule is quite inconsistent, so scheduling a repetitive class would be difficult.
