Need help on cost of living in HCM (Ho Chi Minh City)

Hi all, I have a potential job opportunity in Ho Chi Minh. I have heard good things about the country and people in general. I would like to know what are the big areas of expenditure that I should bear in mind while negotiating on allowances? For example what would be the monthly rent of a 2 bhk in a nice part of town or the cost of a moderately priced car? How about say doctor's consultation fee in a good hospital? I will be moving with small children so medical costs would be a big one. Thanks for your help.
