Hong Kong Apartments

Hi guys, I'm moving to HK in August and starting to poke around for apartments. I'm mainly looking at high-rise, doorman buildings -- preferably within walking distance of the IFC building.

- Do you have any recommendations in terms of areas?
- Are there any particular buildings I should look into?
- Is it common practice to use a broker?

My rent budget is ~15, Protected content HK/month. Thanks alot!
