Self Defense class for women - If you're bored.. (Jakarta)

Hi all,

I arrived in Jakarta for 2 months holiday and got bored within a week!

I was looking for something to do besides visiting malls and I found a self defense class for women and registered.

I was so nervous in the beginning because I've never done anything like this before, but the class was so much fun and the techniques were so simple and easy to remember.

When: Classes every Saturdays at 10. Protected content (sometimes it goes longer)
Where: Gelora Bung Karno Senayan, Jakarta Selatan
Damage: IDR 400,000 per month (including registration fee)
Classess are in English

The girls are so friendly and the instructor always end up getting smashed by the girls at the end of the class..! It is just another fun way to exercise.

I strongly recommend it..!
