Banks and beaches (Jeddah)

Hi
Can anyone suggest a good bank, with information in English and multiple branches throughout Jeddah? I looked at the websites for SAMBA and ANB. Does anyone know how much the charge is to make a foreign transfer from their bank in Jeddah to a European country or to the US?

What about the beaches, which ones are nice? Can you wear a bathing suit? do the nicer ones charge an entrance fee?
