Work opportunities for professional women (Jeddah)

I was hoping you could advise me. My husband has a work offer in Jazan. He would really like to accept but for it to be of benefit, I would have to stay in South Africa as I have quite a good job. It will be hard on us, so I would prefer to try find work there even if in Jeddah. I am a qualified process engineer with good experience. The last few years I have moved off the plant and am doing strategic planning and business improvement and SAP, so can also work as a business analyst.

My question is, would I as a professional woman be able to find a meanigful job in Saudi Arabia or are women still restricted? If so, what is the best way for me to seek professional employment?
