Cleaning service/maid (Kuala Lumpur)

I'm currently considering hiring a cleaning service to help me out with my apartment once a week. This is something that is totally new to me, and I have no idea what to expect or how it actually works so naturally I have a few questions – hopefully some kind soul can help me filling in the blanks.

To start with, my apartment is around Protected content , has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lots of glass and windows, location is KLCC.

1. Where do you actually find a reliable cleaning service/maid? Do you turn to established companies, or do you find it OK to hire someone who works alone? I have got a few adds in my mailbox, seems to be mostly solo entrepreneurs. Any recommendations?

2. What would a fair price be? I hate the idea of underpaying someone, but obviously I don't want to be overcharged either.

3. Do most cleaning companies bring their own equipment, or should I provide that?

4. Any other things to consider?
