Cost of living for a family of 3+0.5 (Kuala Lumpur)

Hi there

I am almost done finalizing my job in KL. Would need help with the following cost of living questions:

Utility bills: Everyone tells me RM Protected content the accurate number for this. Is this correct?
Serviced: What are the services offered in a serviced residence? Cleaning, laundry, security, maintenance? Have not been able to find clarity on this anywhere.
Tolls: I have a petrol card of Rm 500, will that also pay my tolls? And if I live in say Bangsar and travel to work to Damansara, what kind of monthly toll amounts am I looking at? Will this be a major factor?
Pets: I have a female ShihTzu age 1.5 years now. What is the procedure to bring her into Malaysia? And what kind of costs are involved?
