To buy or lease a car? (Kuala Lumpur)

Hi there,
we will be here for approx two years. Many of our colleagues lease cars. Wondering if you have experience with buying or leasing? Could you advise why you took the respective decision? Does anyone know how expensive insurance for a small economy class vehicle (eg Myvi) would annually be and where to go for that?
