I'm a newbie. Lots of questions!! (Kuwait City)

Hi all. I have just moved to Kuwait from the UK. I would want to move my family over so I'll need a 3 bed house/apartment. Also need info on how to change my driving licence over.

Q1. How much is a 3 bed apartment in Salwa/Salmiya? Which area is best? I have a car.

Q2. What do I need to do in order to change my UK driving licence into a Kuwaiti licence?
