Kuwait Visa - coming there in August. (Kuwait City)

Hi, will be moving from China and working in Kuwait as teacher in August. Wanted to find out about visa process?.Attested academic documents have been sent to future employer. Does it take a long time to get a visa after these documents have been sent? Any experience with FBI Clearance (US citizen) , etc. Looking forward to new adventure in new country. How is Jahra for living?
