Temporary residence visa (Kuwait City)

Maybe someone know well Kuwait visa issues :)

I have Temporary residence visa for 3 mouth from entry.
The entry was 17th of June so visa expired 17th of September, is it possible to get extension without leaving Kuwait ?

I'm going do Dubai Protected content of September is it possible to get another visa couple days earlier ?
