Offshore account (Lagos)

I'm coming to Nigeria in the next 6 weeks or so to work as an expat from South Africa. I need to open an offshore account for my salary as it is being paid from the Netherlands. Please can somebody assist me with a bank that can do this for me without having to have an astronomical minimum balance in the account. I only need it for my salary and to then transfer from that to my SA bank account.
